Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the current techniques used in molecular biology.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   will be able to explain the isolation and purification methods of proteins, which are the basic molecules of molecular biology.
2   will be able to explain and compare the analysis methods of enzymes and proteins.
3   will be able to give information about the current molecular methods on enzymes and proteins.
4   will be able to express transcriptomic studies with molecular methods carried out on RNA molecules.
5   will be able to comprehend the strengths and weaknesses of different experimental approaches used in molecular biology.
