Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the current techniques used in molecular biology.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   will be able to explain the extraction methods of nucleic acids, which are the basic molecules of molecular biology.
2   will be able to explain and compare analysis methods performed on nucleic acids, carbohydrates, and lipids.
3   will be able to give information about current molecular methods.
4   will be able to comprehend the strengths and weaknesses of different experimental approaches used in molecular biology.
