Course Objective

The aim of this course is to deal with globalization and migration in the context of the historical and social development and to develop the evaluation capacity, also to examine the relationship between globalization and migration.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to explain the historicity and the conceptual framework of migration
2   Being able to array the spatial effects of internal and external migration
3   Being able to relate the process of globalization and migration
4   Being able to establish a relationship between the process of globalization and international migration movements
5   Being able to analyze the process of migration in Türkiye
