Course Objective |
Disaster Administration substantially intends to prevent disasters to cause undesirable consequences. On the other hand, it is impossible that taken preventions or disaster administration style can always prevent damage to occur. Criminal Law gives results to part of damages caused by disaster. The approach of Criminal Law to these actions will change according to the character of these results and the fact that whether they arise from the actions before disaster or from the actions after disaster, or whether they are caused by perpetrators who neglect their certain liabilities. In this course, it is intended to examine these actions within the framefork of Turkish Criminal Code. |
