Course Objective

This course aims to develop students understanding of analytical methods and procedures that can be used for analyzing problems and decision makings.

1   Use decision tools to make data-driven evaluation and policy choices;
2   Employ statistical methods appropriately
3   Distinguish between different approaches to decision making using quantitative research;
4   Identify the decision tools appropriate for different situations in research;
5   Appreciate public administration, political science, sociological and economic etc. contexts of disaster administration research;

12 Non-parametric tests: comparing two independent conditions, comparing two releated conditions,

The course will be lectured practically.
Microsoft EXCEL ve SPSS istatistik paket programı kullanılarak ders işlenecektir. The corse will be held by Microsoft EXCEL ve SPSS statistics programs.
Microsoft EXCEL ve SPSS will be used in the projects.
