Course Objective |
The objective of this course is to develop an understanding of the diversity strategies, practices and discourses that contribute to organizations and communities as well as explain the impact of cultural, religious, ethnic, age, sexual and disabled diversity on personal, group and organizational effectiveness from both a leadership, management and employee perspective in tourism. |
