Course Objective |
Leadership is defined as "a process of influencing others to achieve a goal." The purpose of this course is for students to acquire knowledge about leadership so they can lead and follow more effectively and ethically. It will also help students continue the journey of self-discovery, a journey that lasts a lifetime if they choose to lead. Students may not be a leader after concluding this course, but they certainly will have a better understanding of the qualities of leadership. |
