Course Objective

Course Objective fundamental and newly developed technologies in preclinical and clinical cancer research will be discussed. In this Course; cancer biomarker technologies, in vivo imaging technologies, drug development technologies, immune modulation technologies, stem cell technology, recombinant protein technology, sampling in clinical research, microfluidic systems, bioinformatics and modeling technologies in cancer research, will be discussed.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knowledgeable about biomarkers in cancer research.
2   Acquire knowledge of biomarker methods and technologies in cancer research
3   Be able to know recombinant protein technology.
4   Be able to critically evaluate the published literature in the field of the drug development, immune modulation, stem cell technology
5   Be able to know the sampling in a clinical trial
6   Be able to know microfluidic systems
