Course Objective

The aim of the course to teach the mechanisms that play critical role in the regulation of the transcription, translation and post translationonal levels .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to learn transcriptional and post-transcriptional mechanisms
2   Be able to learn prokaryotic transcription mechanism
3   Be able to learn eukaryotic transcription mechanism
4   Be able to learn the mechanism of the translation.
5   Be able to learn the regulation of the gene expression in prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms
6   Be able to learn the epigenetic mechanisms and the regulatory RNAs
