Course Objective |
Success in implementing health innovations is rare; the road is longer, more curved and more expensive than ever. Three principles that increase the likelihood of success: both a culture of collaboration and innovation, a systematic commitment to technology transfer, and a contiguous ecosystem of interdisciplinary experts. Conversely, the five key points of failure are: no targeted process, invention = innovation assumption, incomplete team, insufficient resources, and lack of cultural support. These principles alone do not constitute a formula for success; however, awareness and good practice can increase the likelihood of success. Within the scope of this course, the awareness required for successful product development in the field of health will be structured. |
