Course Objective

Learning the basic technical process of the cell display methods (light microscopy, immunofluorescence and molecular level) light and the working principle of the means used for this purpose.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   He/She will be able to explain the process of the light microscopic imaging of cell and basic working principle of the tools used in this process.
2   He/She will be able to explain the process of the immunofluorescence microscopy imaging of cell and basic working principle of the tools used in this process.
3   He/She will be able to explain the process of the molecular level imaging of cell and basic working principle of the tools used in this process.
