Course Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students gain current knowledge and skills about health assessment, health history, observation, interview and physical assessment, and improvement the knowledge and skills, and able to describe relationship between health assessment and nursing process.

2   Individuals can prepare for the examination as physical and psychosocial

4   The students can discuss the importance of cultural differences affecting physical examination approach

It is expected that homeworks and reports are prepared in APA format in computer.

Assessment Criteria

In the exams, the abilities of interpreting, remembering, taking a decision, explaining, classifying and combining the information will be evalauted.
