Course Objective

The course objective is to study the main concepts and problems of political philosophy and political theories and to improve the skill of interpreting political novels.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of this course, the student will be able; to recognize the concept of politics in the context of its historical changes,
2   to relate politics, man and the process of creating meaning,
3   to relate politics with cultural turns,
4   to apply the contemporary theories related to the relations between politics and art,
5   to employ the political perspective in interpreting texts.
