Course Objective

Course Objective: It is highlighted that programs developed from local to national level and considered the future and development goals are evaluated in the new improvements in public administration rather than spurring of the moment. Site selection options of an investment are convenient or not within environmental conditions are significant. In this course, security needs of public, effective Strategically Environmental Assessments preventing many forms of disasters and Environmental Impact Assessments are examined in the scope of public and private sector. And effectiveness of the legal arrangements on Strategic Environmental Assessment.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to learn strategically improvements which provide international importance for environmental protection and security issues.
2   Be able to recognize later developments in social security at the international level
3   Be able to understand risk mitigation and prevention relation in the scope of Strategically Environmental Assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment samples.
4   Be able to do strategic modelling and reach to a level which can transfer these modellings to protector action plans(avalanches, tsunamis, earthquakes, temperature changes, etc)
