Course Objective

The aim of this course to gain knowledge about the terms of environment and related international regulations and up-to-date risk factors in maritime sector, to understand importance of security for the ship, port and ship management company, to increase a knowledge level for research and scientific analysis related with the environment

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To gain information about the terms of environment in maritime sector and to define the risks
2   To develop proposal for solution and to gain skills to fulfill the regulations
3   To create a suitable secure system with detection of the deficiency of the regulations
4   To be equipped with enough knowledge, skills and attitude for team works
5   To obtain safety rules and security skills
