Course Objective

To introduce the principles and properties of the Labour Law and to describe all the legal status encountered. To enable use the information in practice about the basic concepts in the field of Individual Labour Law, Trade Unions and Public Labour Law.

2 Resolve event analysis about the concept of employment contract and types of employment contract
3 Resolve event analysis about the differential characteristics of employment contracts from contract agreement and mandatum agreement
4 Resolve event analysis about the Judicial decisions concerning the rights and liabilities of the employee
5 Resolve event analysis about the Judicial decisions concerning the rights and liabilities of the employer
6 Resolve event analysis about the working hours, compensatory work, search the rest, night work, paid annual leave, preparing to complete cleaning jobs
