Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach what organizational behaviour discipline's areas of interest are; how the organizational behaviour develops; how develop the personalities of the individuals who take place in the organization, what causes and effects their attitudes and values; what processes determine the organizational culture and job satisfaction.

It is calculated by taking 40% average grade of Midterm exam, 60% of the final exam success rating.

Assessment Criteria

The understanding degree of students to 3 learning outputs is evaluated by midterm and final exams.
