Course Objective |
The objective of this course is to examine the historical development of women s human rights; the regulation of women s human rights in international and national law; women s civil, political, economic and social rights, equality between man and woman, the prohibition of discrimination against women, positive action for women, the elimination of violence against women and the jurisprudence in the field of women s human rights. |
