Course Objective

To gain knowledge and skills on intervention techniques to be applied in order to minimize pollution of the marine environment

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. To predict the possible consequences with understanding elements of the marine pollutants
2   2. To Interpret with calculating time-depending effects of the marine pollutant to the environment
3   3. To analyze the decision of the intervention techniques to be applied for the protection of the marine environment
4   4. To gain the ability of implementation of the intervention with the most effective way and using a combination of intervention techniques as soon as possible.
5   5. To gain the ability of identify domains, predict and appreciate of elements that pollute the marine environment of intervention techniques to be implemented in order to minimize the impact directly or indirectly.
