Course Objective

Should have understood the characteristics of corporate crimes and trail methods for these crimes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to apprehend the concept of legal persons.
2   Being able to differentiate crimes regulated in Commercial Code
3   Being able to differentiate crimes regulated in other codes and committed within corporations
4   Being able to understand the relationship between crime theory and legal persons.
5   Being able to discuss the characteristics and problems of corporate crime trials.
