Course Objective

Teaching the conditions and principles of the emergence of criminal law responsibility from the unlawful consequences arising from medical interventions. The purpose of the course is to determine the conditions of compliance of a medical intervention and the unlawfulness of medical intervention.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine and evaluate the legal compliance conditions of medical intervention
2   To be able to evaluate the meaning and conditions of malpractice in medical criminal law.
3   To be able to determine and evaluate the conditions of objective and subjective attributions of the result of medical interventions to the perpetrator.
4   To be able to determine and evaluate the results of medical interventions in the sense of liability.
5   To be able to evaluate the conditions and limits of consent to medical intervention in medical criminal law.
