Defining the concept of human rights, explaining the historical development and theoretical underpinnings of human rights, evaluation of systems relating to the protection of human rights

3 The protection of human rights under the domestic law regime
4 Human Rights in the European Union

6 The jurisdiction of the European Court of Human Rights in the light of recent developments
7 The functionality of the European Court of Human Rights in the light of recent developments
8 Application to the European Court of Human Rights (Inter- States applications)
9 Application to the European Court of Human Rights (Individual applications)
10 Scope ratione personae of the European Convention on Human Rigths
11 Scope ratione loci of the European Convention on Human Rigths
12 Scope ratione temporis of the European Convention on Human Rigths
13 Scope ratione materiae of the European Convention on Human Rigths
14 The fulfillment of the ECHR's decisions in domestic systems
