Course Objective

Intended for disabled people, women and the elderly people who is counted for disadvantaged groups in working life, developing job search skills, displaying solutions of problem encountered and to teach to become conscious of the protection of social rights.

1   To promote disadvantaged groups in working life
2   To identify the problems of disadvantaged groups in working life.
3   To determine mechanisms that will help them the problems faced by disadvantaged
4   To improve job search skills for disadvantaged groups.
5   To promote institutions and mechanisms for disadvantaged groups.
