Course Objective

In general, to discuss the legal status of all descriptions encountered in this regard
to provide characteristics and principles labor law. To provide using information about
the basic concepts in the field of individual , collective bargaining , trade unions
and environmental law in practice.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to examine the concepts of workers' and employers with solutions to concrete events.
2   Being able to analyze working life, workers' rights and liabilities to be owned or judicial decisions as an employer.
3   Being able to analyze labour law, litigation and all damages arising from the occurrence of the types of solutions.
4   Being able to disputes that may arise within the scope of collective labor relations on the basis of analyzing the samples
5   Being able to associate with information on the application of environmental legislation.
