Course Objective

The objective of this course is to provide students basic skills about organizing,coordinating and developing ties between society and university through education, knowledge, skills and efficiency they have gained all their lives. It is aimed to teach students being aware of social, economical and disadvantaged and vulnerable groups related issues such as human trafficking, migration, disabilities violence against women and children climate change etc... It is expected to raise awareness and willingness among students to take part in volunteer activities, to create visible positive changes in society by engaging them to take active roles in pre-planned volunteer works and let them present and share their efforts with their classmates and other related parties.

3   Understand requirements of volunteerism regarding knowledge and practice skills,
4   Plan and carry out projects to solve problems,
