Course Objective

The aim of this course is to present research processes including choosing the problem,data gathering, data analysing and interpreting the results; to review the basic research methods such as documentary studies

1   Identifying the basic concepts and terms of social research
2   Knowing the scientific methods used in social research
3   Acquiring the skills required for conducting a aocial research such as finding research problem, forming the hypothesis, conceptualization, operationalization, measurement, data gathering
4   Designing a research
5   Acquisition of measurement and data collection skills for research
6   Interpreting the research results and reporting
