Course Objective

: Aims of this course are to teach radiolabeling blood elements , labeling procedures and preparation

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to describe radiolabeled blood elements, requisities.
2   Being able to perform blood celss separation method.
3   Being able to perform labeling RBC.
4   Being able to perform denaturation and labeling blood cells.
5   Being able to perform labeling WBC with indium and Technetium .
6   Being able to express labeling RBC with Cr-51 for measuring blood volume .
7   Being able to describe labeling trombocit with Indium.
8   Being able to determine interaction with drugs and efficiency of labeling blood cells.
