Course Objective

It aims teaching application and techniques in visual arts. It contains description of makeup practices changing according to periods, determination of their place in performing arts, description of differences of them according to usage areas.

1   As a result of education given with this lesson, student is expected to...Research usage areas of makeup techniques in visual arts and makeup practices belong to various periods
2   to be able to have information about costume types
3   Be able to design/practice by using different methods on fields related to fantastic makeup and cinema TV makeup
4   Be able to solve problems in techniques related to makeup design, have a critical perspective, be able to produce solutions
5   Follow-up developments about contemporary makeup practices, be able to communicate verbally or in written way, be able to express himself/herself
