Course Objective

To provide students with the use of time and leisure time, the meaning and importance of physical education and sports for people with disabilities, to teach disabled individuals to live together with normal individuals, to give information about the causes and prevention of disability, to give information about the reasons and prevention of disability, the rules of sports performed by the disabled, examples of recreational activities for disability groups and sports organizations inform.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explain the definition, characteristics and classification of leisure time and recreation.
2   Summarize the historical development process of recreational activities for the disabled.
3   Learns the planning activities of recreational sports organizations for the disabled.
4   It conducts preparatory work for the application process of recreational sports organizations for the disabled.
5   It carries out preparatory work for the preparation and implementation process of the recreational sports organizations for the disabled.
