Course Objective

To gain knowledge that can discuss the effects of recreation practices on the environment and tourism, and examine the practices of environmental recreation education.

1   Defines the basic concepts related to recreation and ecology
2   Explain the principles of ecology and environmental problems at a basic level
3   Explain the relationship between recreation, environment and sports.
4   Discusses the positive and negative effects of extreme sports on the environment and tourism.
5   Discusses the relationship between recreation and environmental awareness
6   Examines the practices of environmental recreation education
