Course Objective

Artistic gymnastics movements, strength, flexibility and coordination abilities, such as branch specific productions, as well as technical phases of development, both theoretically and practically, to teach gymnastics demonstration of individual and group work (with or without tool) is to teach the formation of choreography.

1   To identify basic information about the history and artistic gymnastics disciplines
2   To classify general rules of artistic gymnastics.
3   To make Artistic Gymnastic make basic movements.
4   To Create Koreorafi and group work to produce.
