Course Objective

The aim of this lesson is receive basic yoga skills and learn the history and the types of yoga.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   1. Applying the basic yoga poses
2   2. Applying the warm-up of yoga and integrate this actions to other exercises
3   3. Applying the correct breathing techniques in yoga and different exercises
4   4. Learning to use yoga equipments
5   5. Applying the exercises including motion sequences
