Course Objective

Learning of the qualifiers of fitness and the regulation of physical activity programs, physical activity is the grasp of the prevention and prevention of various physical diseases such as coronary heart diseases, diabetes, obesity and hypertension.

1   Student can prepare exercise prescription in line with fitness principles.

3   Student can explain fitness and health relationship.
4   Student may present fitness recommendations based on their age.
