Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to teach students; to build a team offense system and its methods, choose offensive attacking styles and the types. Also apprehend the offense principles against zone defenses and man to man defenses while preparing variable offense sets and applying them

2   Apprehend the fast break building principles and what the methods are
3   Understand the principles of fast break organizations
4   Being able to apply fast break organizations and teach it step by step
5   Apprehend the principles of controllably attacking zone defense
6   Being able to prepare offense sets agaisnt zone defense
7   Apprehend the principles of attacking to man to man pressure defense
8   Being able to prepare offense sets agaisnt man to man pressure defense
