Course Objective

Learning the history and requirements of artistic gymnastics; To know the application of the branch, competition rules, teaching methods, assistance techniques for women and men.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1	Getting to know artistic gymnastics and history of the artistic gymnastics
2	To be able to practice artistic gymnastics at a basic level
3	Learning basic safety and assistance techniques in artistic gymnastics
4	Learning the cascading of movements in artistic gymnastics
5	Learning the essentials of artistic gymnastics competition

2	Pommel horse: Circle in the mushroom
3	Ring: swing, candlestick
4	Ring: Lower L sit, lower back horizontal grip
5	Vault: To use trampoline and springborad, handstand flatback
6	Vault: Handspring, roundoff
7	Parallel bars: swings, glide kip
8	Mid-term exam
9	Parallel bars: straddle L sit, L sit, jump on bars
10	Horizontal bar: pullover, back hip circle, swing, glide kip
11	Uneven bars: Glide kip, swing, handstand
12	Beam: Walkings, Leg swings, jumps, turns
13	Beam: Handstand, cartwheel, bridges, back handspring
14	Monthly and annual plan preparation for beginner athletes
