Course Objective

The purpose of this course is understanding the importance of warm-up in the football , soccer training objectives, principles and types.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To understand and apply warm-up in football.
2   To understand the objectives, principles and types of training for all age groups.
3   To understand the loading methods in football
4   To determine the loading methods for all age groups according to matchs and trainings
5   To be able to realize training plans for all age groups.
6   To apply scientific tests for all age groups.
