Descriptions of the concepts of maritime law is aimed to study framework of presentation subject and court decisions.

1   To have information about existing maritime legislation in Turkey
2   Monitoring the developments related to international maritime conventions,
3   To have information about Disputes the court decision related to Maritime Commercial Law,
4   To have information about Maritime commerce agreements and the responsibilities of the parties arising from these agreements, ,
5   To determine the elements outlined Maritime accidents, collision, salvage and general average
