Course Objective

It is to instill the fact that health and sports act as a common cluster in order to minimize the effects of difficulties and professional disinformation that students may encounter in their professional lives, and to contribute to their physical, mental and cognitive development in line with this purpose.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Gains knowledge about the organic relationship between paramedic and sports.
2   Reflects the basic principles and rules of body mechanics to professional life.
3   The positive results of physical activity and exercise in professional life understand.
4   He overcomes difficulties thanks to exercises that increase muscular endurance.
5   Knows the difference between physical education lessons and professional discipline.
