Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop an advanced knowledge, understanding and an
analysis of nature of the organizational conflict; types of conflict; different
individual causes such as values, emotions, gender, personality; organizational causes
such as task and role ambiguity, loss of communication, scarcity; results of conflict.

1   develop deep theoretical knowledge perspectives and assumptions about the

3   examine beliefs, attitudes and behaviors related to conflict.

2) Problem Identification: Recognize the problems, issues (20 Points)
