Course Objective

The aim of the course is to discuss and analyze the negotiation and mediation techniques in conflict resolution process used at interpersonal, intergroup, interorganizational and international level, to examine and evaluate the negotiation and mediation techniques used in the resolution process of disputes between workers and employers in individual labor relations, and between trade unions and employer unions in collective labor relations.
