Course Objective |
To learn main occurred physiological alterations in human body during exercise , to know the effects of acute and chronic exercise effects, to know the main principles of the assessment of exercise performance, to know the differences the effects of exercises in different gender and age groups, to know the alterations of the answers to exercises in different enviromental conditions. |
