Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 History of table tennis, knowledge of materials, racket holding positions and studies of ball susceptibility.
2 Rules of table tennis game, learning of forhand straight services and forfand straight kicks.
3 Rules of table tennis game, learning of backhand straight services and backhand straight kicks.
4 Rules of table tennis game, strengthening of straight services with forhand and backhand, practice of mutual play.
5 Rules of table tennis game, leraning of forhand backspine service techniques and learning of return that services .
6 Rules of table tennis game, learning of forhand backspine service techniques and learning of return that services .
7 Rules of table tennis game, mutual play with stright kick with backhand, forhand and backspine kicks.
8 midterm exam
9 Learning of return backspine ball with forhand and backhand.
10 Learning of competition regulation , learning technic of side service.
11 Learning of competition regulation , learning technic of sidespine service and retuned that service.
