Course Objective

The goal of this course is to explain the term of democracy and its content and to examine the differences of democracy perceptions between the societies. Also the term of human rights, its development and situation today, the relation of human rights and democracy, the differences of the implementation of the human right in the world will be referred.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be capable of describe the term of democracy in different societies and interpret these differences 2   To be capable of comprehend the characteristics which are needed for qualify a political regime as democracy 3   To be capable of discuss the role of the education about growing people who are capable of use his rights and freedom 4   To improve the students skills of being capable of use the terms like rights, justice and freedom in daily life 5   To be capable of discuss the role of the education about growing people who are will develop the democracy
