Course Objective

The purpose of the internship, during the day theoretical and practical issues in the workplace courses and internship supervisors responsible for the supervision of the control over the practice and training, professional skills and experience to win.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Imaging devices to use their knowledge of radiation physics.
2   Conventional / Digital X-ray equipment to obtain radiographs.
3   Fluoroscopy, angiography and mammography devices and be able to examine and evaluate the image quality.
4   Computed Tomography imaging devices and imaging parameters to be able to define them.
5   Working in radiation imaging devices provide radiation safety.
6   Ensure radiation protection of the patient during radiological imaging.
7   Ensure the protection of the environment from radiation during radiological applications.

1 Radiographic examinations Cranium radiographs, Towne, Submento-vertical graph, Cadwell, Waters, Schüller X-ray, Stenvers, temporomandibular joint, mandibular PA, Orbit, sella turcica, Cervical X-ray AP + Lat, AP + Lat thoracic spine, lumbar spine AP + Lat, sacrum AP X-ray, lateral sacrum and coccyx, sacroiliac joint X-ray AP
2 Radiographic examinations The hip joint, the frog position (frogleg), the hip joint and femur, knee X-ray, tangential patella, knee Tunnel, cruris X-ray, X-ray Ankle, Foot X-ray, X-ray scapula, Acromioclavicular joint, clavicle, shoulder, shoulder and humerus transthoracic, humerus X-ray , Elbow X-ray, forearm, wrist, hand PA and oblique
3 Emergency Radiology Lung, Apiko-lordotik, Dekibüt lateral position, sternum, ribs, abdomen
4 Fluoroscopy, and mammography Angio Contrast-enhanced examinations, head and neck angiography, peripheral angiography, and mammography visceral ajio
