Course Objective

This course is designed to present the basic concepts and processes of "Project Preparation Technique" with the "Project Cycle Management" approach to students who aim to become future expert/manager candidates or who have established their own business in different sectors such as agriculture, service, industry and in different institutions such as public, private and NGO.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To understand the role of agricultural projects in local/national development and their importance in global sustainable development goals
2   To gain basic knowledge and skills to prepare a project
3   To graps the basic elements of "Project Cycle Management" by applying the "Logical Framework Approach"
4   To recognize the technical, administrative and financial planning, monitoring and evaluation processes of projects
5   To establish the basic information about agricultural projects, investments and their characteristics
6   To familiarize with the national/international funds and incentives for agricultural projects
