Course Objective

Be able to examine the history of jewelry of the significant civilizations and empires in the World and to describe the techniques of jewelry in progress of Anatolia.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to examine the techniques and designs of jewelry of civilizations of Anatolia.
2   Be able to describe the symbolic language which Egypt Empire had used on jewelry design.
3   Be able to examine the jewelry which reflects the power of Ottoman Empire.
4   Be able to comprehend the jewelry of Islamic World with respect to technique and design.
5   Be able to define the present day Anatolian jewelry with respect to tecnique.
