Course Objective

The techniques used to learn alloy-metals and chemicals, preparing for alloy creation and producing basic product tencniques and aim used that skills on producing.

4   To be able to make solder, to file, polish
5   To be able to manufacture products with base production techniques

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 925 sterling silver alloy preparation, preparation of carat gold alloy, silver solder preparation, gold solder preparation.
2 Plate preparation, wire preparation
3 Make the cut with hand tools
4 Drilled the metal, straight lines to filed, make to filed round and the corner lines
5 Corner filed, make preparation for solder , parts assembly by solder
6 Forging the metal forming, curve using hand tools
7 Midterm
8 Midterm
9 Forging-curving operations using hand tools, joining with the jump ring
10 Join with the jump ring, join with pins
11 Pin with the join, join with rivets
12 Join with rivets, making the surface polish
13 Making tarnishing process
14 Cleaning the polisheds piece
