Course Objective |
|
The aims of this course are students to have to the knowledge and the ability to visualize in footwear and leather craft work production group; the ability perform research and observation on the specified theme; determining the problems in design process and make solution suggestions; by the analysis and synthesis the data such as trend suggestions, reflecting this data on their designed products; designing new original and functional products except for the available ones. |

The lecturer of this course performs studies for teaching students the design principles and design process applications via sample projects; target groups are determined and the knowledge is supported by the research. Assessment Criteria |
|
Evaluation for each design project; It will be done to include the sketching process. The sketching and design development process accounts for at least 50% of the grading for Design. |
