Course Objective

This course aims to introduce the private aspects of international trade law focusing on typical private transactions especially international sale of goods, transfer of technology and direct investment. Special emphasis will be given to settlement of disputes and arbitration.

1   to learn how to establish and implement an international commercial contract
2   to determine disputes arising from international commercial contracts
3   to learn how to prevent and to solve legal issues which may occur from the application of international business law.
4   to mastering the use of Delivery Terms and Payment Methods
