Course Objective

: Learn the effects of exercise on the body of extreme environmental conditions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learn the effects of exercise on the body in hot environmental conditions.
2   Learn the effects of exercise on the body in cold environmental conditions
3   Learn the effects pf exercise on body in altitude conditions
4   Learn the effects of exercise on the body in hypobaric environmental conditions
5   Learn the effects of exercise on the body in hyperbaric environmental conditions
6   Know the basics of altitude training
